Client Testimonials

“Kathleen has been organising our landlords insurance & has delivered an exceptional service throughout. Always more than happy to chat through the detail of the policy, her knowledge and expertise are clear.

I would highly recommend Kathleen to any other landlords looking for comprehensive cover and an overall great experience.”
Fraser Kelly, Keller Williams Realty, Inc.

“I cannot recommend Kathleen highly enough. She managed the migration of my businesses entire insurance arrangements from a former long standing broker.

Kathleen assisted with a full audit of our existing insurance products, pointing out areas where we could tighten up on pre-existing policies to better protect both the business and key people within it. Furthermore, she has assisted with a review of my personal insurance requirements.

She is someone who is happy to spend a lot of time with you to fully understand your requirements and has the patience to explain everything in detail where required.”
Alastair Stuart, RF Global Solutions Limited.

Working with Aon

Clients are at the heart of our business and we aim to bring the best of Aon to our customers.

This means being responsive to your needs, understanding changes in your business, evaluating new risks that emerge and providing Aon risk and insurance solutions.

Because we work with a variety of insurance companies, we have a broad and up to date understanding of what is on offer. The relationship developed with your broker will continue to serve you well over time. Your needs can change as your business grows and changes, and new policy options become available from insurers, so an annual review becomes an important tool to stay on top of your insurance requirements.

Insurance for hospitality businesses

Aon can arrange insurance packages for independent restaurants, designed to cover your assets, earnings, and legal liabilities. We will discuss your requirements and help you identify the risks to your business. This helps us to build your insurance package and you will only pay for the optional covers that you require.

Cyber Insurance

A cyber-attack or data breach can be costly for any business. Exposure can vary from one organisation to the next, but Aon can arrange a policy that reflects the risks faced in your sector.

Cover under Cyber Insurance policies can be typically split into three key areas that together protect key aspects of a business’ risk: cyber liability, breach response and cyber-crime.

Claims Support

If you are in a position to make a claim, we want to be able to support you every step of the way. Here is some information that will help speed up the claims process:

  • It's important to tell your insurer about a potential claim as soon as you can, if you do not have the insurers details to hand please contact us soon as is practicable.

  • Even if you’re not sure about a situation that could lead to a claim our team will be able to talk it through with you and work out the best course of action.

  • You should always do what you can to recover lost property, prevent further damage or otherwise minimise the amount of any claim.

  • Don’t get into any discussion or negotiation and don’t admit or deny any claim before speaking to us.

  • If the loss or damage is caused by thieves, vandals or rioters then you should contact the police immediately and get a crime reference number.

  • Take photographic evidence of the loss as soon as possible to record any damage that has occurred.

  • Where appropriate gather witness statements.
